To celebrate the end of the year Cape Town based NGO, Breadline Africa, sent 2 013 children from Touws River, Wallacedene, Philippi, Khayelitsha, Ravensmead, Mitchells Plain, Lavender Hill, Wellington, Paarl, Valhalla Park and Heideveld to enjoy a day of sea, sunshine, fun and games at Silverstream Beach in Atlantis.
